Tunu is very close to his sister. He is seen next to her at all times, never leaving her side no matter what the situation.

They are frequently shown playing together, laughing happily. When danger arises, they choose the same action and run alongside together.

Tunu is shown to have a great and trusting relationship with Madoa.

He enjoys playing games with her, and he and his sister are shown to be excited at playing hide and seek with her in Rescue in the Outlands.

Jasiri

Much like Madoa, Tunu trusts Jasiri greatly and enjoys her company. He also enjoys playing games with her.

Even when in danger, Tunu and his sister are comforted by Jasiri's presence, making them less likely to be afraid. During a battle, Tunu is able to stand his own ground, so long as Jasiri stands with him.

Kion

At first, Tunu was weary of Kion because the Outsiders

lions took their watering hole after their water was returned he was still weary of the lion guard leader. But as of Rescue in the Outlands, Tunu isn't afraid of Kion anymore and thanks him after he's saved.

Tunu and the rest of Lion Guard members are on good terms. They've saved him before in Rescue in the Outlands.

Zira

Tunu is scared of Zira. since she and her family took over Jasiri's Watering Hole. After that all they knew were bad lions until Kion, helped them out.

Nuka, Vitani and Kovu

Tunu is scared of the three lions since they took over Jasiri's Watering Hole. After that all they knew were bad lions until Kion helped them out.

Janja's clan 

Tunu is scared of Janja and his whole clan. In "Rescue In The Outlands", when Janja pushed him, his sister and Jasiri in a steam vent. Until the Lion Guard came and saved them.
