Prior to The Lion Guard[]

Shenzi's Clan tells Scar that he should get rid of Mufasa. The next day Scar tells Simba to work on his little roar. Simba roars and a bunch of Wildebeests go after him. Scar quickly warns Mufasa and Zazu about Simba and how he's in trouble. Mufasa springs into action and saves his son. However, Mufasa gets stuck on the rocks and Scar throws him off the ledge. Simba finds Mufasa and Scar says he's gone.

Battle for the Pride Lands[]

During the song When I Led the Guard, Scar tells Ushari and the Shupavu's Group how his plan completed of getting rid of Mufasa and becoming king of the Pride Lands.
