Male King is a unknown lion from the past and ancestor of Simba.

Appearance[]

Male King looks just like Simba of great size and stature, with a large dark red mane and tail tuft. He even has pointed ears. He is powerfully built and broad-shouldered. His fur is brownish-gold, while his muzzle, paws, and underbelly are creamy tan.

Personality[]

Male King is a friendly lion who helped the other Pride Landers when there was no water in the Pride Lands. He brought them to Dhahabu's Watering Hole.

History[]

The Golden Zebra[]

When there's a low water storage in the Pride Lands, Simba asks Rafiki if any other kings have had this problem before. Rafiki shows Simba a painting of a former king. The Male King brings the Pride Landers to Dhahabu's Watering Hole. Makini points out that she's seen that watering hole in the Back Lands
