Information[]
Lemurs live on the African island nation of Madagascar. They eat around 500g of soft stalks and growing tips of giant bamboo, while young lemurs only eat the leaves of bamboo. One of their predators is the fossa. There are many species of lemur, like the golden bamboo lemur such as the aye-aye lemur, black and white ruffed lemur, mouse lemur, sifaka, brown lemur, ring-tailed lemur, mongoose lemur, red lemur, indri, woolly lemur, red ruffed lemur, and the collared lemur.
