Beshte to Astuto, Poa the Destroyer

Foxes are canines that appear in The Lion Guard universe. They live in the Pride Lands and the Tree of Life.


In the Real World

Darwin’s foxes are small with dark grey fur and a light pale underside. They feed on many things as of plants, fruit, insects and small mammals. They are known to be found in South America and Chile as in mentioning one population on the island of Chiloe. As a fox, Darwin’s foxes live in temperate forests. It is a endangered canine and is a member of the genus (Lycalopex) They are very patterned and have bushy tails, black legs and nose, brown rimmed ears, and a brown or grey to dark grey snout. They also may have a few thick black stripes on the top of its underbelly as of leading from the underside of the snout.


In the Real World

Foxes live underground to build their own dens. They tend to feed on beetles, grasshoppers, scorpions, spiders, millipedes, rodents, lizards, fruits and eggs. They give birth to around 6 kits. Females nurse their kits for about 10 to 15 weeks.

Astuto's Kits can be seen during "Welcome to the Tree of Life song.

Poa the Destroyer

Beshte unknowingly tramples Astuto's den, destroying it. She is disappointed and  worried. Later, when Beshte attempts to apologize, Astuto runs away in fear. She, along with all the other animals affected by Beshte's destructive mishaps, are summoned to the Trre of Life, where she learns of Beshte's true nature and forgives him after Pinguino explains.

Long Live the Queen

Astuto's leash comes to queen Janna's funeral and later Rani's coronation.

Astuto can be seen being chased by Makucha's Army

Journey to the Pride Lands

Astuto's and her kit can be seen during the song "Of the Same Pride."
