Family Pride is a board book inspired by The Lion Guard.

Simba, Nala, Kiara, and Kion live together in the Pride Lands. They are a family.
Summary[]
The story opens by introducing Simba and Nala and their two cubs, Kiara and Kion.
It is explained that Kiara will one day be Queen, which carries a lot of responsibility and a lot of training. As second born, Kion will instead lead the Lion Guard.
Since the Lion Guard's job is to protect and defend the animals of the Pride Lands, this also includes his sister, who is shown being ambushed by Janja's Clan.
Although Kion and Kiara argue, it is stated that they will always be there for each other.
The book also explains that Mufasa is Kion's grandfather, who offers him advice on his journey.
The story closes by saying that Simba, Nala, Kion and Kiara are a family in the Pride Lands.
