As everyone may have heard, a Facebook page devoted to preschool shows announced TLG's cancellation. But at least we have another 2 S2 episodes and all of S3. But I'm wondering if TLG will get a proper conclusion. I would absolutely hate for it to end just like that. I will message some of the staff and try to get a response.
Here are Kion and Laini showing each other some Upendi. Hope you like it!
I contacted Disney Tv Animation Casting by phone and they said that Jackson Dollinger will replace Max Charles as Kion in Season 3 and Jay Gragnani will replace Joshua Rush as Bunga in Season 3.
Pride Landers Unite! = January 21st 2019 (already aired)
The Queen's Visit = Febuary 18th 2019 (already comfirmed)
The Fall Of Mizimu Grove = March 10th 2019 (heard from tumblr)
Fire from the Sky = March 24th 2019 (heard from tumblr)
Is there any place online to find photos of Tiifu's new voice actress starting with "The Underground Adventure"???
I'm just wondering what are some of y'all predictions for Season 3? What do you think/ hope will happen and what would you like to see? Let me know in the comments!
What are the ages of animals? If they use natural lifespan of animals then Simba in the first film was 4.5yrs old when he fought Scar as Scar was over 9 at least 9.5yrs. Simba had his daughter Nala he was 5yrs old for maturity as Kiara and Kion must be 1-2yrs old I think 2yrs old judging by their sizes of the kids to adults.
Hippo to reach adult 5-8yrs so besthie must be about 3-4yrs old look at his size
Makucha the leopard is he fully grown or not Im not sure they reach 3-4yrs old for maturity
I know It's supposedly confirmed that The Lion Guard happens between The Lion King 2, but, since there are lots of inconsistencies found throughout the series, what if it actually happens in an alternate dimension? This is my theory about the three possible timelines that originate from the final battle in The Lion King. And it goes like this:
TLK 2 Dimension: In this timeline, at the final battle in the original movie, Simba throws Scar off the edge of Pride Rock, and after he falls, the hyenas kill him for betraying them. Afterward, Kopa is born, he gets killed by Zira, and because of that, after Kiara is born, Simba acts very savage, violent, and overprotective with Kiara and threatens everyone who approaches her, mainly Kovu. Kiara is not interested in becoming queen, and she just wants to be free and have fun.
The Lion Guard Dimension: In this timeline, instead of the hyenas eating Scar, Simba throws him directly into the fire, and that explains his latter transformation into a giant lion head made of fire. Afterward, Kiara is born, then Kion, instead of Kopa. This could mean that Kion is actually Kopa's counterpart. Simba and Zira are less feral than in TLK 2 because they didn't suffer traumatic experiences before (Simba, losing his son, and Zira, finding out the brutal death of Scar at the claws of the hyenas, respectively). Kiara, unlike her TLK 2 counterpart, takes her role as future queen seriously and presumes it a lot.
My fanfics' dimension: This is an alternate timeline that originates after The Trail to Udugu, in TLG, instead of The Lost Gorillas. It begins with A Jinx To The Past. Sometime before the story Kion had already told his dad about Jasiri and her clan, and he accepted them into the Pride Lands. Then, Jasiri became a more recurrent character. At the end of A Jinx To The Past, Simba learns about the heroic things Kovu did to save him and Nala. So he no longer considers Kovu an enemy and lets him spend more time with Kiara.
Now, how would the live action remake of The Lion King fit in the theory?
What if in this version, Scar is defeated by Simba throwing him into the flames? We've seen the change of a villain's defeat before. For example, in The Jungle Book (2016) instead of Shere Khan fleeing away with a branch in flames tied to his tail, he falls into the fire. So, why Scar would not be defeated in a different way to the original? If he dies in a fire, that would give beginning to the Lion Guard dimension.
I hope you liked my theory. To believe it or not to believe it, that depends on you.
"How shall Scar die? Flames? Or death by hyenaaaaaaas! Heeheehahahahahahaaaa! Choose!"
Did you get the reference?
RIP TLG (2015-2020?)

I know, this is completely unrelated to the Lion Guard Wiki, but what else am I supposed to do? Go bug every single user about this? Anyways, if anyone is interested, would you like to contribute to the Spy Kids and Spy Kids: Mission Critical Wikis? They need help building (especially Mission Critical) and vandals aren no help. So if you can, and if you’re familiar with the Spy Kids franchise, help is appreciative. It’s fine if you decline.
